Applications

Waste water treatment. Hectron automatic filters are frequently used after waste water treatment plants, for filtration of industrial water or before discharge.

Well water, geothermal heating. Hectron filters are made to filter of well water overloaded with sand or mud. For geothermal heating, by example, installing a filter avoids the heat exchanger clogging. Being available with very fine sieves (1 or 6 µm), our filters are efficient even with fine mud.

Industry. The industrial plants require filtration solutions, at the water conveyance level or during the process. An efficient filtration is required, by example to avoid the clogging of nozzles or piping, to protect a high pressure pump or a hydroelectric plant bearing.
Hectron filters also enable to process waste water in order to comply with environmental norms.

Irrigation. Pumping water filtration (60 - 80 µm) avoid clogging the water nozzles. Thanks to their suction ramp cleaning system, Hectron filters do not request any manual maintenance and clean themselves perfectly even when algae or silts are present in the water (surface water).

Sea water. Hectron has designed a specific range of filters for sea water, corrosion-resistant. Sea water filtration is required in aquaculture (hatchery, oyster farming) or before osmosis processes.
